Refund policy
We at “Realherbs” work really hard at every stage of the process of supply chain by conducting multiple quality checks but still if you were to find any item to be defective in terms of material, stitching or colour, please have a look at our return policy -
- Customers can return/exchange the ordered product within 5 days from the date on which order has been delivered to you.
- All the returned items should be delivered back in unused condition with original tags attached.
- In case of your need to exchange the size, we shall be happy to help, but if the desired size is currently not available then you will have to wait for the second run of the product Or you can choose any other product of the same cost available at that time..
- In case of either size exchange or a defective product, please write to us at your info@realherbs.in with a subject: RETURN. Please note that any returns without prior email will not be accepted.
- Once we have received the products and internal quality check has been carried out, you'll be informed about the same and you'll be able to make an alternative purchase.
- The cost of return logistics shall have to be borne by the customer in case of size/color/design changes.
- It shall take 7 to 10 days to process your request.
- In case of returned items, The amount shall be credited to the store wallet of the customer within 15 working days after the items has been received and approved after the quality check.
- Products in sale or special offers are at heavily discounted prices, wherein we use our discretion with respect to color or/and design of the product to be sent to the customer. Thus these products are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable and non Exchangeable.
